Four Sacramento Gold FC players have been invited to participate in the second annual NPSL Combine next year.
Defender Erick Vega, midfielders Daniel Lomeli and Ali Radmand, and forward Josue Araiza will represent the 2010 National Champions in the 2016 edition of the league-wide combine, which will be held January 8-10 in Lockhart Stadium in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, home of the NASL's Ft. Lauderdale Strikers.
The four members of the Gold's stockpile of young talent (the oldest being 22) began their careers by coming off the bench and have since become impact players, both in the starting lineup and as the 12th/13th man. They will now have the chance to be evaluated top professional soccer coaches in the United States and Canada.
Further details about the combine can be found in the full NPSL press release here.
